Problem

Possibly after a windows update, you get this error when launching Robotmaster:

Even if you try to launch the RmLicUpdater.exe or RmRotationCalculator.exe you get the same kind of error:

Solution 1
If windows just updated
  1. Restart the computer. Possibly several time until all the updates are downloaded, installed and processed by the system.

(issue seen on Windows 7)
