There are 1 CmContainers found
CmAct-License with serial number 130-0987654321 and firmware version 3.00.
Specific CmContainer Data:
CmAct-License 130-0987654321 --------------------------------------------------------------
Firmware Version: 3.00
BKI/UKI: 0x00 / 0x01
WARNING: This CmAct-License is not active (BROKEN).
In WebAdmin no more license is showing up: “No firm items available”.
Solution 1 - Repair
The license was working on a computer but after some hardware/software changes (ex: new graphic card,…) it stopped working
OR the license was working on a virtual server but after a re-host it stopped working.
Activation within a virtual machine strongly bound to the hardware. Once the virtual machine is copied or moved to another host, the license becomes invalid.
See: How to properly migrate a software license (WIBU) on virtual machine
Open “Codemeter Control Center”.
Click on “Repair license”.
Solution 2 - Restore
If solution 1 doesn't work, connect to CodeMeter License Central WebDepot v16.06.169.500.ws
Input the license ticket number: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
Click on Restore license.
Solution 3 - Request new license
If the previous solutions didn't work, this means that the container is locked or the license is lost. At this point, this issue cannot be resolve without involving your local distributor.
Contact your local distributor.
Run the CmDust.exe to create the CmDust-Result.zip
Take a screenshot of the “Codemeter Control Center” window.
Open WebAdmin, take a screenshot of Containers tab (http://localhost:22352/container.html),
Send all these files to your local distributor along side with a description of the latest hardware/software changes that occurred on the PC involved
Two possible next steps, the Robotmaster team will either:
Unlock the current container and allow a license reactivation (not always possible)
or they will request you to sign the “license lost” form
Download, sign the form bellow and send it to orders@robotmaster.com
They will then blacklist the current broken container,
Send the instruction How to Manually Remove a Wibu license Container for the broken container.
Create a new license ticket to activate on a new container.
