"Requested registry access is not allowed" error

Robotmaster Version6.6.509

Problem

When you open Robotmaster you get this error message "Requested registry access is not allowed".

Solution

This problem has been fixed after version 6.6.514 however if Robotmaster has been install with a faulty version you will need to go through this steps.

Solution 1
  1. Open Regedit.exe
  2. Look for this key: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Jabez Technologies, Inc\Robotmaster License Manager\Settings
  3. Right click on the key and edit the "Permissions..."
  4. Give to the user "Everyone" the "Full Access" rights. If the user doesn't exist add it manually.


  5. Click Ok. Robotmaster should then start without problem.
