The simulation window is not visible

Problem

When user runs RISE, everything is working but the simulation screen is empty (white). 

The simulation section is gray? The simulator doesn't show.

This problem affects 6.0 and later.

Solution

Solution 1

We have issues with integrated graphic motherboard :

  1. Make sure you have a proper graphic card
  2. Make sure your drivers are up to date ( in "Device Manager" )

Solution 2

We have issues with some ATI Radeon series graphic cards :

  1. Update the drivers. (This might solve the issue)

It is advised to use a NVIDIA graphic card.
