Robotmaster encountered an unexpected issue.

Solution

We are sorry you have experienced this issue. There can be a variety of reason that can lead to problem:  

Via the support ticket portal or support@robotmaster.com , could you please provide us with the information below:
  1. Description of the issue
  2. The steps that lead to this issue
  3. If it is related to a specific file you were working with, could you please send us a PackToSend?
  4. The log file (robotmaster.log) right after the issue happens.
    This file is located at:
    C:\Program Files\Hypertherm\Robotmaster *your_version*\robotmaster.log
