3DPDF Animation Does Not Play
Problem
After opening an exported 3D PDF of a program from Robotmaster, the robot does not animate, and the play button is grayed out.
Solution
Adobe Acrobat Reader is available in both 32 and 64 bit versions. Currently, 3D PDF’s exported from Robotmaster only work in the 32 bit version. Unfortunately, the 64 bit version is the default version from the Adobe website.
Uninstall the 64 bit version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Input the appropriate options on the left side of the site:
Unselect all of the optional boxes on the page, and then click the “Download Acrobat Reader” button.
Follow the download and install instructions.
