How to Create a Pack To Send file

When you need assistance from your Robotmaster distributor or when you need to reproduce a full configuration from one computer to another.

Steps

  1. Save Robotmaster file

  2. Save Mastercam file

  3. Click on the three horizontal lines on the top left corners of the Robotmaster user interface (see image 3)

  4. Click on Pack to Send (see image 4)

  5. Make sure all the possible items are checked and then click OK (see image 5)

  6. A Rm_xxx file (zip file) will be created on your desktop (by default - you can change the save location by clicking on Browse shown in image 5)
