Mastercam 2017 doesn't launch

We have realized that after updating windows 10 or changing graphic cards, Mastercam 2017 does not launch anymore. This is the Mastercam issues and you should contact Mastercam. 

  • The quickest solution is to upgrade to Mastercam 2018. In two similar cases, Mastercam 2018 worked fine without any problem.

OR

  • It has been seen that is some case, the HDMI cable is connected to the PC for the second screen and that causes issue for launching Mastercam 2017.

In that case please do the following:

  1. Search for Device Manager
  2. Look for Display adapters
  3. there is probably two graphic cards detected. Make sure the NVIDIA card is the only one that is Enabled and the other one is Disabled.
