"Cannot process request because the process (....) has exited" error

Solution

This issue has been seen on networks that use remote server accounts.

Robotmaster needs to be installed from the administrator account of the PC.
It should NOT be installed with administrator credentials from a non administrator account.

If you think it has been the case

  1. Go Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features

  2. Uninstall Robotmaster

  3. Delete the Hypertherm folder on the Drive

  4. Log off the current

  5. Log the PC administrator session (you might need to involve your network administrator)

  6. Reinstall Robotmaster from this session.

  7. Run a Robotmaster test on this session

  8. If it works you should be able to log on your normal user account and use Robotmaster.

  9. If the problem persists on your user account(-s), try deleting the following folders:

    1. C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Jabez_Technologies

    2. C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Hypertherm_Robotic_Software
