How to do a clean uninstall ?

The following information can be useful when there was an issue with the installation or if the user needs to revert to a previous version.

Step-by-step guide for V6

  1. Uninstall all the Robotmaster components in the control panel

  2. If needed, uninstall Mastercam

  3. For Robotmaster 6.3 Remove the following folders:

    • The Mastercam program folder: C:\Program Files\Mastercam ###

    • The Robotmaster folder: C:\Program Files\Hypertherm\Robotmaster V6.#

    • The following Robotmaster shared folder: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Shared Mastercam ####\Robotmaster_V6
      (A backup of this folder is best in order not to lose the user specific files)

    • Empty your temp by deleting this folder:
      %TEMP%\RobotmasterV62

  4. Also remove for Robotmaster 6.3 the following registry keys:

  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Jabez Technologies, Inc\Robotmaster v6.#

  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Jabez Technologies, Inc\Robotmaster v6.#
