In settings :

  1. Go to "CAD Settings"
  2. Change the following option:

You can use F9 and alt+F9 any time but if you want them to be displayed all the time :

  2. Change the following option:



By default Mastercam works with 2 settings files : one for metric part and one for inch.
You might have to repeat the settings once for both
