Step-by-step guide
Note: The Robotmaster software needs to be installed prior to activating your license.
Installing the license
1. You should receive an email from codes.no-reply@robotmaster.com that will contain the following information:
2. Click on the Activation Link (shown in blue) and the following webpage will be displayed
3. By inputting your ticket id (shown in red) and clicking “Next” you will be directed to this page
4. Click on Activate Selected License Now
5. The transfer of the license will then start and a message will be displayed once the registration is complete
6. Now in program if you open "CodeMeter Control Center" you should see the activated licences.
Re-Hosting Licenses
The MAIN license is bound to the PC and must be returned (Re-Host) before formatting or doing any major hardware changes. This can be done by accessing the license with the same link the reseller provided. Then click on the Re-Host Licenses button.
