Problem
The robot goes back to home position between operations.
Solution 1
This is because the operations have different NC names and Robotmaster consider every operations with different NC names as different programs. Robotmaster will also output a file for every operations that have a different name.
- In Mastercam, right click on the operation(s)
- Go to Edit selected operations / Change NC file name...
- Input the same name for every operations you want to output on the same program.
Solution 2
This is because there is a tool change and the post switch goes back .
- In Robotmaster go to Option:
- In the "Post processor configuration" tab
- Change the following switch :
