Managing your license with Internet access
The License Expert only allows the user to activate one (1) activation code per computer. After the initial activation, it keeps the activation code in the field for future activation/deactivation.
For customers with activated licenses, when the License Expert is installed, it will detect the license on the computer after the installation. You simply have to click the Download and activate your license to sync the license with Robotmaster License Expert.
If the activation, deactivation, or update process is unsuccessful, the message in the pop-up window will notify the user.
Activating your license
Navigate to the Start menu on your computer
Launch Robotmaster License Expert
In the My licenses tab, under the Robotmaster 7 - 2024 section, enter the activation code in Ticket number field
Click the Download and activate your license button
During the activation, a window will pop-up to display the activation process. Once the activation is successfully complete, you can Close the window
Deactivating your license
Navigate to the Start menu on your computer
Launch Robotmaster License Expert
In the My licenses tab, under the Robotmaster 7 - 2024 section, click the Return your license button
During the deactivation, a window will pop-up to display the activation process. Once the deactivation is successfully complete, you can Close the window.
Updating your license
Navigate to the Start menu on your computer,
Launch Robotmaster License Expert,
In the My licenses tab, under the Robotmaster 7 - 2024 section, click the Update your license button.
During the update, a window will pop-up to display the update process. Once it is successfully complete, you can Close the window.
The basic license details will be updated in the Robotmaster 7 - 2024 section.
Accessing your Network license
Step 1: On the server computer, activate your Robotmaster license.
Step 2: On the client computer,
Navigate to the Start menu on your computer
Launch Robotmaster License Expert
In the Network settings tab, enter the server’s name or IP address in the field and click the add button (+)
Once the server is connected, your network license will be accessible, and Robotmaster should start.
Updates for Network licenses should be applied directly on the server computer using the update your license, feature in the My Licenses tab.
Managing your license without internet access
The License Expert does not support offline activation. When internet access is not available, please follow the instructions outlined in the ‘How to setup a software license OFFLINE (WIBU)?’ article.
Restoring your license
The License Expert does not support restoring licenses. When a license needs to be restored, please follow the instructions outlined in the ‘How to restore a software license online (WIBU)’ article.
