The robot goes back to home position between operations.

Solution 1

This is because the operations have different NC names and Robotmaster consider every operations with different NC names as different programs. Robotmaster will also output a file for every operations that have a different name.

  1. In Mastercam, right click on the operation(s)
  2. Go to Edit selected operations / Change NC file name...
  3. Input the same name for every operations you want to output on the same program.

This is because there is a tool change and the post switch goes back .
