Create Pick and Place operations

Now Robotmaster offers support for Pick and Place application. Operations can be created in order to program and simulate transferring of objects.

Simulate Pick and Place operations

Pick and place operations can be simulated directly in Device with the part being carried. User can define the pick and place locations, include transitions and much more.

Download Equipment from the cloud

The e-Catalog offers a cloud-based solution for accessing robotic cell equipment, including robots, end-of-arm tooling, and other robotic cell components, from within the cell editor. This will facilitate and standardize the cell design, integration, and commissioning process in the cell editor.

The e-Catalog can be accessed from the cell editor “+”” button. Once loaded, the users can download equipment directly to their Robotmaster library, and use them later to commission robotic cells and tooling.

Drag and Drop Improvements

Improvements to Drag and Drop now available in Device Pane, Task Pane and Cell editor Pane.

Reorder Setups and Programs

Reorder setups and programs directly in Device with right-click context menu

Tooling Loading Management

When loading toolings in a setup, now the users can preset what is the desired behavior:

• Unchecked (default) - Reuse the tooling already loaded in the session (another setup or operation)

• Checked - Load from disk and replace all existing instances in the session

Invalid Setup Feedback

When the setup is invalid (tooling selection is missing) the red gear icon is sticky

Automated Static User Frame Assignment

Create static user frames directly in Cell editor and assign the user frames inside the configurations. Once the configuration selected is loaded in Programming session, the user frame will be automatically loaded and selected.

Spindle Speed Direction Management

Negative spindle speeds from can now be used and imported to define CCW spindle direction

3D Space Mouse Support

3D Space mouse has now improvements with customizations available

• RM-86 Crash when loading a smart tooling axis that doesn't have 0 in its range of motion
