Robotmaster Version6.4

Problem

The operations in Robotmaster are not in the proper order. This situation happens when you have different NC names for different operations. When this is the case, Robotmaster will group the operations that have the same NC names.In the following example you can see that in Mastercam, operations 1 and 5 are named AAA, operations 2 and 4 are named BBB and operation 3 is named CCC. In Robotmaster, the operations will be grouped by NC name by alphabetical order.

Solution

Solution 1
Modify the NC name according to the operation order that you want to have in Robotmaster. If you want Robotmaster to follow the Mastercam operation order, set all the operations with the same NC name:
  1. Select all the operations in Mastercam
  2. Right click on an operation
  3. Select Edit selected operations
  4. Select Change NC file name...
  5. Define a NC name for all the operations
  6. In Robotmaster, click on Synchronize
