Possibly after a windows update, you get this error when launching Robotmaster:

Even if you try to launch the RmLicUpdater.exe or RmRotationCalculator.exe you get the same kind of error:

If windows just updated- Restart the computer. Possibly several time until all the updates are downloaded, installed and processed by the system.
