Solution 2

  1. If solution 1 didn't work, this means that the container is locked or the license is lost. At this point, this issue cannot be resolve without involving your local distributor.

  2. Contact your local distributor.

    1. Run the CmDust.exe to create the CmDust-Result.zip

    2. Take a screenshot of the “Codemeter Control Center” window.

    3. Open WebAdmin, take a screenshot of Containers tab (http://localhost:22352/container.html),

    4. Send all these files to your local distributor along side with a description of the latest hardware/software changes that occurred on the PC involved
