When Robotmaster fails to start with this error "Cannot process request because the process (....) has exicted"

This issue has been seen on network which uses remote server account.
Robotmaster needs to be installed from the administrator account of the PC.
It should NOT be installed with administrator credentials from a non administrator account.
 If you think it has been the case - Go Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features
- Uninstall Robotmaster
- Log off the current
- Log the PC administrator session (you might need to involve your network administrator)
- Reinstall Robotmaster from this session.
- Run a Robotmaster test on this session
- If it works you should be able to log on your normal user account and use Robotmaster.
- If the problem persists on your user account(-s), try deleting the following folders:
- C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Jabez_Technologies
- C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Hypertherm_Robotic_Software
