1. Open “Codemeter Control Center”.

2. Click on “Repair license”.

3. If it doesn't work, connect to http://lc.codemeter.com/77357/depot/index.php

4. Input the license ticket number: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

5. Click on Restore license.

   

6. If it still doesn't work, this probably means that the container is locked or the license is lost. At this point, this issue cannot be resolve without involving your local distributor.

7. Contact your local distributor.

   1. Run the CmDust.exe to create the CmDust-Result.zip

   2. Take a screenshot of Codemeter the “Codemeter Control CenterCenter” window.

   3. Open WebAdmin, take a screenshot of Containers tab (http://localhost:22352/container.html), take a screenshot of Container tab.

   4. Send all those these files to your local distributor .along side with a description of the latest hardware/software changes that occurred on the PC involved

next steps, the Robotmaster team will either:

1. unlock

   Unlock the current container and allow a license reactivation (not always possible)

2. or request to sign a “license lost” form.

   1. They will blacklist the current broken container,

   2. Send the instruction How to Manually Remove a Wibu license Container for the broken container.

   3. Create a new license ticket to activate on a new container.
