For example, if you previously had Mastercam installed and it is using an old expired Hasp license, but you would like to update it or change the license to a Software [Evaluation] License.

If you already have Mastercam installed you should have the activation wizard utility which you can bring up should already be installed, which is accessible by typing in Activation Wizard into the windows search bar.
