- Open Regedit.exe
- Look for this key: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Jabez Technologies, Inc\Robotmaster License Manager\Settings
- Right click on the key and edit the "Permissions..."
 - Give to the user "Everyone" the "Full AcessAccess" rights. If the user doesn't exist add it manually.
- Click Ok. Robotmaster should then start without problem.
