below instruction in the exact same order to create a proper pack to send:
- Save Robotmaster file
- Save Mastercam file
- Click on the three horizontal lines on the top left corners of the Robotmaster user interface
- Click on Pack to Send
- Make sure all the possible items are checked and then click OK
- A Rm_XXXxxx file (zip file) will be created on your desktop (by default - you can change the save location by clicking on Browse shown in image 5)
