You should follow the instruction below in the exact same order to create a proper pack to send:

1. Save Robotmaster file
2. Save Mastercam file
3. Click on the three horizontal lines on the top left corners of the Robotmaster user interface
4. Click on Pack to Send
5. Make sure all the possible items are checked and then click OK
6. A Rm_XXX file (zip file) will be created on your desktop (by default - you can change the save location by clicking on Browse shown in image 5)
