If your program name is too long, contains illegal characters, or if you want to split your program into different files
The current program name being used, can be viewed within each operation (see screenshot)
Renaming the NC File
Right click on an operation in Mastercam
Click Edit selected operations
Click Change NC file name...
Define a program name for the operation(s). (Make sure it does not contain spaces or non alphanumeric characters)
In Robotmaster, click on Synchronize
It is possible to change the NC file name of multiple operations in Mastercam by CTRL + Clicking or SHIFT + Clicking multiple operations and then selecting Change NC file name
Posting Operations in Robotmaster as Individual Programs in Mastercam
Rename each operation so that they have unique program (NC) names. Each operation with a unique NC program name will post as a separate program; operations with the same NC program name will post together as a single program.
Robotmaster processes all Mastercam NC names in alphabetic order, also see Operation order in Robotmaster does not match Mastercam
