Setup

Each cell can contain multiple setups. A setup contains configuration, tooling, and processor information that applies to all of its child programs and operations.

Navigation

  1. Open or create a new part programming session.

  2. Ensure a device is loaded.

Add a program

The plus button adds a new program to the setup. A setup can have any number of programs.

Setup definition

The gear button expands additional setup parameters.

Configuration

The configuration of the cell that will be used in the setup. Selecting it will bring up the configuration selection interface with the ability to choose between multiple configurations, if the cell has them.

Tooling

The tooling that will be used in the setup. Selecting it will bring up the tooling selection interface.

Process

The process that will be used in the setup. Selecting this will bring up the process selection interface. If a processor is loaded, applicable processes will be available in the dropdown.

Delete

The trash can button deletes the setup and all child programs. Operations that were in the setup will return to the Unassigned operations panel.

Settings

The wrench button opens up the setup settings interface. Any setting adjusted here affects all of the child programs and operations, except where explicitly overwritten.

Additive Module

User frame number - Default user frame for the setup, based on the available user frames in the User frame manager.

Overrides

Settings established higher in the hierarchy can be overridden.
