General - Main Menu

New

Creates a new file, cell, or tooling respectively.

Part programming

Creates a new file without any devices or tasks.

Opens the window for a new robot within an existing file.

Open…

Following the indication of “…”, this action opens an external window displaying your computer’s files. From there, you can select the desired file and click open. Incompatible files will not be displayed automatically.

Recent

When hovering over or clicking this button, a list of files most recently accessed using the Open… button will be displayed. This list includes any files that are actively open. The most recently accessed files will appear at the top of the list. Files that were created and saved but not reopened using the Open… button, or opened using anything other than the Open… button, will not be listed.

Save

Maintains the progress achieved on a file. If the file has not been saved and named before, it acts as Save as...

Save as…

As indicated by "…", the Save as… function initiates a dialog box that enables you to designate a name and store the present file. In case the file has already been named and saved, modifications will be stored under the newly selected name while keeping previous versions at their corresponding save points.

Export

Pack to send…

This opens a dialogue where the user can choose which options to include: Device, Tooling, Tool libraries, Task presents, Log files, Processor package, and Processor (G2PP) Core library. The only mandatory selection is the inclusion of the Current session.

3D PDF…

The 3D PDF export option enables you to generate a PDF file that showcases your robot programming in a 3D format. This feature allows you to view the cell along with the program and facilitates simulation within the PDF. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use Adobe Acrobat when interacting with the 3D PDF files.

Update cell thumbnail

The Update cell thumbnail function captures an image of the viewport with the robot cell displayed and updates the thumbnail image associated with the cell.

Update tooling thumbnail

The Update tooling thumbnail function captures an image of the viewport with the new tooling displayed and updates the thumbnail image associated with the tooling.
