Cut Chart Database file (.xlsx, .xls)
Process parameters database of a given Hypertherm plasma cutting system, which denotes the optimal cut settings for a given geometry, material and hardware combination.
Cut Chart Configuration file (.json)
This file configures mapping of all plasma cutting settings to specific database columns. This file references a Cut Chart Database file. You can have different configuration file pointing towards the same Cut Chart Database file. Currently, this file also contains the consumable library. A predefined geometry that visualizes tip of the plasma torch used and plasma jet. Based on the geometry values contained in Cut Chart Configuration file, a Robotmaster tool assembly is automatically created with a given plasma cutting operation.
