Issue

The operations in Robotmaster are not in the proper order . This situation happens when you and the robot goes back to home in between operations.

...

This occurs when the operations in Mastercam have different NC file names for different operations. When this is the case, Robotmaster will group the operations that have the same NC names and treat them as independent programs.


In the following example you can see that in Mastercam , that operations 1 and 5 are named AAA, operations 2 and 4 are named BBB and operation 3 is named CCC.
In Robotmaster, the operations will be grouped and ordered by NC name by in alphabetical order.Image RemovedImage Removed

make sure all

  1. Select all the operations in Mastercam
  2. Right click on an operation
  3. Select Edit selected operations
  4. Select Change NC file name...
  5. Define a NC name for all the operations
  6. In Robotmaster, click on Synchronize
