  1. Go Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features

  2. Uninstall Robotmaster

  3. Delete the Hypertherm folder on the Drive

  4. Log off the current

  5. Log the PC administrator session (you might need to involve your network administrator)

  6. Reinstall Robotmaster from this session.

  7. Run a Robotmaster test on this session

  8. If it works you should be able to log on your normal user account and use Robotmaster.

  9. If the problem persists on your user account(-s), try deleting the following folders:

    1. C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Jabez_Technologies

    2. C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Hypertherm_Robotic_Software
