Validate the sim numbers. Robotmaster V5 and V6 will match the sim license number and the Robotmaster license register

Compare the Mastercam sim number and the license number in the RmLic file.
1. If it is not the same number,
  - Robotmaster will not work.
2. If it is the same number.
  - It is possible that the Robotmaster license was not register. To register the license, either double click on the file or launch the Robotmaster license updater.
